How To Book
1. Contact us to determine where you want to go and to check availability

2. Complete a BOOKING FORM and send us your deposit
- Read the Terms & Conditions carefully
- Indicate whether you require us to arrange your tickets and travel insurance - we reccommend you book your tickets after booking your trip to ensure transfer times are minimised.
3. Arrange your international tickets and travel insurance
As a licenced travel agent Freeline can provide you with international tickets (departing from Australia) and travel insurance, which is mandatory. Your preference will be captured when you complete the online BOOKING FORM. We will be in touch you require us to look after this for you. If you are arranging your own ticket and or insurance, you need to email us your flight details into and out of the trip arrival city (e.g. Padang for Mentawais) and confirmation that you have travel insurance (insurance company and policy number).
4. Start preparing for your trip
Download and print our 'What to Bring' document containing useful information on traveling and surfing in Indonesia.
5. Send through your final payment
Just prior to the due date (60 days before departure) we will send you a courtesy reminder of your final balance and the due date. Sent through payment on or before the due date using either of the methods listed on your Payment Form, as listed below:

By internet transfer or direct deposit to the following account:
