Freeline turns 20 in 2012 and as part of our celebrations we're giving away a free trip for two people, including airfares from Oz*, to our favorite destination, Ombak Indah Losmen in South Sumatra any time before the end of 2013.

• Be an Australian resident, 18 years or older

• 'Like' the Freeline Facebook page (optional if you've already 'Liked' us, or if you're not on Facebook)
  

• Complete the Competition Signup form by entering your answer to the question “What is the name of the break located in front of Ombak Indah Losmen, South Sumatra?”, your first and last names and your email address. You will also be asked if you want future competition information and news from us, which is optional.

• After registering you will receive an email asking you to ‘Confirm your competition subscription. Yes subscribe me to this list'. You must click this link.

• The competition ends on 30th April 2012 and the winner will be announced on 7th May 2012 on the Freeline website and by email. GOOD LUCK!

 

‘Freeline 20 Year Anniversary Competition’ – Terms & Conditions

1. The "Freeline 20 Year Anniversary Competition” (“Competition”) is open from 20/12/2011 until midnight on 30/04/2012 (“Competition Period”) and operated by Freeline Indonesian Surf Adventures (“Freeline”), L1 69 Liverpool St, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia (“Promoter”) and hosted on the Freeline website (www.freelinesurf.com.au).

2. The Competition is open to all Australian residents over the age of 18 (eighteen). By entering the Competition, all Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any Entrant who fails to abide by any of these Terms and Conditions, or fails to meet the entry criteria set out in paragraph 4 below, may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Promoter.

3. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

4. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

5. To enter and be eligible for winning this competition you need to do the following:

1. ‘Like' the Freeline Facebook page (optional if you've already 'Liked' us, or if you're not on Facebook)

2. Register the following information via the Competition Signup form: Answer to the question “What is the name of the break located in front of Ombak Indah Losmen, South Sumatra?” your first name, last name and email address. You will also be asked if you want to receive future competition information and news (optional).

3. After registering your entry, you will receive an email requesting you to ‘Confirm your competition subscription. Yes subscribe me to this list’.  You must click on this confirmation to your entry to be accepted.

6. Your information will not be shared with any other party, including Facebook.  Our privacy policy applies to your information.

7. One entry per person is permitted – people submitting two or more entries will be disqualified

8. The prize is non-transferable, subject to availability as described in paragraph 8 and there is no cash alternative.

9. The prize is a 11 night land based surf tour for 2 people (the winner and anyone else they choose to bring along) to South Sumatra staying at Ombak Indah Losmen (standard package), including return economy international airfares to Jakarta departing from Perth, Sydney, Melbourne (Garuda) or Brisbane (Singapore Airlines) only.  Flights with any other airline, route or stopover are at your own expense.  Value of the land content is AU$1240 per person.  The value of the air ticket will depend on departure city.  The value of the prize is less than AU$4000. The winner and travelling companion must travel together, on the same dates. For all information and inclusions in the land content see the Freeline website.  Freeline’s standard booking terms and conditions apply and the winner and their companion with need to complete a booking form and take out appropriate travel insurance.  Dates of travel are restricted until the end of 2013, will be in low or shoulder airfare season (as stipulated by the airline & dependant on Australian departure city (e.g. outside school holidays).  Dates of travel are also subject to availability of both land content and air tickets and must be confirmed in writing at least 60 days before departure date.  Changes to confirmed travel dates will incur fees, as per Freeline’s booking terms and conditions.  This includes both the winner and their travelling companion.

10. The winner will be the first correct entry drawn at random from all eligible entries.

11. The winner will be announced on the Freeline website and notified by email by the close of business on Monday 7th of May 2012.

12. Promoter reserves the right to modify or vary the Competition and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time.

13. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Freeline and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for the competition purposes.

14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of Australia.
