Food & drinks

The food varies from charter to charter depending on origin of our guests but the main basis is food combining to ensure that the energy levels stay high.
Fresh fish is available when we catch it and we are stocked for Sushi, Sashimi & Titaki.
We have carefully selected the freshest local Sumatran ingredients to best suit your pallet & nourishment. We have some of Australia's finest produce specially bought from Australia to suit your high energy needs. These include Porter House Steak, Australian Lamb, Gourmet Harvey Beef sausage, Cheese and Bacon. Not to mention a lot of other specialty items such as Red & White Wines straight from the famous Margaret River Region of West Australia. Also Spirits - Whisky, Bourbon, Vodka, Gin, Rum, Aussie Beers for your liking.
We supply all soft drink, juices and water during the trip. All beers, wine and spirits are charged for (Bintang cans US$2.00 each, spirits from US$25 per bottle, wines from US$18 per bottle)
